**Administrative Assistant**
- In charge for making CV in ERP.
- Updating records for housemaids' arrivals. Deployed, returned for all nationalities
- Responsible for administrative duties such as filing, scanning etc.
- Monitoring of visa processing such as tracking for their legal formalities such as change of status, medical, biometrics.
- In charge for housemaid training orientation.
- In charge for checking contracts & visa of Philippine housemaids for verification to Philippine Embassy.
- Keeping all Admin job in order.
- Coordination with Marketing for change of status of deployed maid.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries of arriving housemaids.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases with accuracy.
- Assist in project coordination and support various departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Qualifications:

- With 1 year proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in Tadbeer.
- With Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Availability to work in flexible shifts.
- Can speak English & Tagalog.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant in Tadbeer: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Tagalog (preferred)
