We are Female Fusion, a fast growing global professional network for women who wish to start, grow or scale their business. Located in Dubai, with international impact, our membership hosts online and in-person events. We have a community of thousands of women, providing connection, training and personal development for their long term success.

This role is not for everyone, and we will search high and low to find the right fit.

The possible down sides?
- You need to be able to travel, around Dubai and the UAE, and potentially internationally.
- Flexibility is desired with hours (both ways). In the launch cycles (3 times per year) we are all hands on during the 2 week period.
- The role is full time, but with scope for more flexibility as we are a 24/7 business with an international time zone.
- You will be taking responsibility for the day to day running of an entrepreneur's ‘other baby’, this comes with high level trust, and being able to manage upward.
- We are a calm, self led, supportive team - there is no room for blame, gossip or drama
- This position is not suited for someone seeking to establish their own business alongside this role.

- The work is varied, dynamic and fun. You will be working directly with the Founder, leading operations and team management and owning events, and overseeing member success.

What are the requirements?

The primary focus of the role is to work with the Founder, as her right hand person. The work is varied, from ensuring projects and commitments are executed flawlessly, the team are thriving and members are raving fans of Female Fusion. Taking the lead on all things members, events and team communication.

You have to be a strategic thinker who can interpret data, direction and vision and deliver actionable plans from this.

Passion for managing people, you will be able to adapt and tailor your approach to get the best out of those in your team, understanding that your approach as a leader impacts the output generated.

Tech Savvy, you have a passion for learning new skills, daily improvements and interest in the online world.

Emotionally intelligent, you can read a room and understand without being told how the Founder is really feeling and take appropriate action and equally feel confident managing upwards in an appropriate manner.

You are confident with people, outgoing and approachable, and enjoy socialising/networking and building relationships with the team and members alike.

You have a passion for delivering high quality work. You have an eye for detail and it is important to you to ensure only the best service/experience is delivered.

You are resourceful, researching, finding solutions and using your initiative in decision making to get things done.

You are able to manage your own workload and have the overview of your team’s, understanding where opportunities or challenges may present themselves within the workflow.

You set the team up for success, ensuring they understand the priorities, what good looks like and offer valuable/constructive feedback in the absence of clarity.

Confident communicator, both written and verbally, on and offline. Meticulous attention to detail, you are a magnet for spotting errors and corrections, and have personal pride in the aesthetic of your work.

You are confident using technology (such as Google Workspace, Monday, Canva, Loom, etc.) or are willing and confident to learn.

You want to take ownership for what you do, and do it to the best of your ability, consistently. If you don’t know, you will ask, you’re a fast learner and happy to change and adapt.

You are open minded and interested in your own personal development and that of others.
