**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend analysis to assess the financial performance and health of clients' businesses and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic financial planning and advisory services to clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis, to support decision-making and achieve financial objectives.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations of financial records to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, including income tax returns, GST/HST returns, and other tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies, tax optimization, and tax compliance to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters, including corporate governance, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines, and communicate updates and implications to clients and team members.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing guidance, feedback, and training to support their professional development and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working in public accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, audits, or other business-related activities.

**Salary**: AED7,195.34 - AED29,525.37 per month
