**Head of Finance and Accounting**

**Responsibilities**:
As the Head of Finance and Accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and accounting functions of the company:

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, in alignment with the overall business objectives, to drive growth and profitability.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to the executive team and board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, while staying updated on industry best practices.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and create financial forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and optimize cash flow, including working capital, investments, and debt financing.
- Oversee a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to promote their growth and development.
- Coordinate external audits, manage relationships with auditors, and oversee all tax planning and compliance activities.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, including insurance and hedging where necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office suite, and Salesforce Contact (preferred)
- Excellent skills in English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
