Admin & Sales Coordinator

**JOBS Description**
**Office Support / Admin**
1. Handles and manage office supplies.
2. Handles offices calendar meetings and events.
3. Greets and entertain visitors
4. Coordinates with JAFZA Office requirements
5. Communication with Vendors
6. Knowledge with KYC is an advantage
**Sales Coordinator**:
2. Generating quotations, sales orders and invoicing
3. Tracking and monitoring parts that are pending for collection and delivery
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience as an office admin
- Good Communication skills
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledgeable in Excel and MS Office
- **We need someone who can start ASAP and preferred female sales coordinator**
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
