Excella manage several prestigious British Curriculum schools and nurseries across the region, including Repton School Dubai, Repton School Abu Dhabi, Repton School Al Barsha and Dovecote nursery brands.

We are looking to appoint a self starter with the ability to work as part of a team as well as taking the lead for the team; a confident and reliable person you will have a positive and proactive outlook with the ability to innovate with new ideas.

**Purpose of the Role**

To develop the non-curriculum comercial activities of the company, primarily focusing on business development, relationship management, third part and joint venture leasing and acitivities.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Oversee revenue generating activities within the three Repton Schools across UAE
- Perform due diligence on academies that will operate in Repton schools ensuring all relevant certificates are compliant with all requirements
- Draft contract agreements for revenue generating activities
- Working closely with Facilities, Accounts and Operations department to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed internally, and by third parties
- Manage the scheduling and allocation of facilities for revenue generating activities in liason with the Facilities team within all three schools
- Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in revenue-generating leasing activities
- Ensure there is no conflict between curriculum and commercial interests when using school facilities
- Manage third party expectations and opportunities, in line with the requirements of the day to day running of academic operations throughout the three Repton schools
- Develop new products and projects
- Create and maintain a recommended providers list

Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Experience of strategic planning
- Demonstrable understanding of SME’s
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to conduct basic data management
- Awareness of school administration processes would be an advantage
