We welcome Non-UAE Experience personnel (Freshers) as well, who have experience in your native country. The Assistant Dispatcher / Operations will work alongside the dispatcher, helping communicate with technicians, filing paperwork, updating client information, assisting with proper billing and charges, and other dispatch related tasks. Co-ordination with operations team and Drivers, Trade team, Border Agents and other external parties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Supervise truck loading at loading locations.
- Verifies loading cargo and documents.
- Contact customers before loading for necessary unloading arrangements and working schedules / locations, etc.
- Provide drivers delivery notes / necessary documents.
- Assists accounting/billing to ensure proper charges are invoiced.
- Share all necessary documents with Operations / documentation team.
- Schedule Vehicle maintenance as needed.
- Collect all completed Delivery notes from drivers and update the delivery confirmations.
- Inspect trucks / drivers PEE and conditions and report / take necessary photo / video proof.
- Monitoring truck GPS / Driver behaviors.
- Update Customer database.
- Preparation of Export Documents.
- Co-ordination for Import & Export shipments
- Co-ordination with drivers and border agents.
- Preparing for a Certificate of Origin.
- Preparation of E-Token, BOE in Dubai Trade.
- Update all schedules, local and cross border, import / export.
- Issuing GRV / Truck Notes.

**Skills We Value**:

- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the Transport & Logistics Industry.
- Strong communication and client support skills.
- Fluent / Expert in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Must be Malayalam / Hindi Speaking and English writing / speaking.

Pay: Salary Negotiable
