An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join Informa Connect's Conference Production Team as a Junior Conference Producer in the Dubai Office. As a Junior Conference Producer you will play a crucial role in the planning, development, and execution of conferences, seminars, and events. The Junior Conference Producer will be responsible for assisting the Head of Portfolio with validation, developing new launch events and driving growth within the team’s existing portfolio of physical and virtual events. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event production, content creation, and project management within the conference and events industry.

You will be responsible for assisting with the development and creation of engaged communities by producing powerful content for physical and digital initiatives such as webinars, virtual events and newsletters as well as the main conferences.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant industry trends, market developments, and emerging topics
- Analyze competitor events and gather insights to ensure the conference remains competitive and up-to-date
- Assist in identifying and inviting keynote speakers, panelists, and presenters
- Draft engaging session descriptions, upload speaker bios, and help brief in content for marketing materials
- Liaise with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed
- Facilitate communication between speakers and the operations team to coordinate logistics with speakers and panelists, including travel arrangements and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth on-site execution of the event
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote the conference to a targeted audience
- Maintain accurate databases of speakers
- Gather and analyze attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future events
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of the event
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to schedule
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in event production and conference management

- Delegate attendance and revenue
- Sponsorship revenue and digital sponsorship generation
- Timely delivery and quality of conference programmes
- Strategy execution and delivery

**Reporting and communication**
- Maintain transparent communication
- Effectively communicate organisation information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communication
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure quality of attendees to the conferences by reviewing data selection and ensuring quality data
- Develop new conference ideas, formats and content through brainstorming sessions and feedback from the HR community
- Identify key opinion leaders/institutions and companies within each show who can participate in the advisory board

**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (Essential)
- Demonstrate good teamwork with co-workers/peers
- Be flexible when asked to perform tasks outside of the overall remit
- Willingness to travel
- Speaks and writes clear and fluent English to both individuals and groups
