**HRMS Manager Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain the HRMS software, ensuring data integrity, system security, and user access control.
- Develop and maintain HRMS procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to HR professionals and employees on the HRMS, including system functionalities, data entry, and report generation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, working with IT or external vendors to resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports using the HRMS, providing accurate and timely data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, evaluating new HRMS features and functionalities to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and HR policies.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to develop and conduct user acceptance testing for system upgrades or new modules.
- Assist with change management activities related to HRMS implementations, including communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
**HRMS Manager Required Skills**
- Strong knowledge and experience working with HRMS software, preferably in a managerial or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HRMS administration, including system configuration, security settings, and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute HRMS-related initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with HR, IT, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and HR compliance requirements.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Certification in HR technology or HRMS administration is preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in HRMS administration or a related HR technology role.
- Knowledge of relevant HR regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, EEOC, and FMLA.
- Experience with HRMS implementation and project management.
- Proven experience in providing technical support and training to users.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
