**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth for the company's book products and services.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, track industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs and requirements, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**: Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and generate regular reports to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the UAE region, preferably in the books industry or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, market research techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
