**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Cantonese chow mein, fried rice, burgers, and steaks.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, flat grills, and deep fryers efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation from a recognized cooking college or culinary school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cooking at Chinese and Canadian restaurants.
- Proficient in using woks, flat grills, and deep fryers.
- Strong knowledge of Cantonese cuisine and Canadian classics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
