- Work experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the UAE
- Discretion and confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls.
- Meet and greet guests.
- Inputting, filing, and managing the data that is stored within the organization's office system.
- Ensuring that documents, reports, and presentations are set up.
- Office supply and inventory.
- Petty cash management.
- Office inspection & maintenance management.
- Assist employees as required.
