Business Development Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating and maintaining revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, as well as developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging markets.
2. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and propose solutions that align with the company's products or services.
3. **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
4. **Business Planning**: Create and execute comprehensive business development plans that outline objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve growth targets.
5. **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and referrals. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
6. **Proposal and Presentation**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
7. **Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities. Ensure all agreements are in line with company policies and profitability objectives.
8. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
9. **Market Expansion**: Identify and explore new market segments, geographies, or industry verticals for potential business growth.
10. **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
**Working Conditions**:
Business Development Managers typically work in an office environment but may also travel frequently to meet with clients, attend conferences, or explore new business opportunities.
**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
