We are expanding and looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to grow in HR and administration within a thriving organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**-**HR Support**:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Administrative Support:

- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Assist with office logistics, including coordinating travel arrangements and meetings.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries as needed.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Manage executives' and Field staffs Rota, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Organize and coordinate events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Handle travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Input, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Process and maintain company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Manage petty cash and reimbursements for office expenses.
- Coordinate with accounting or finance teams for budget tracking.
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Help clients, customers, or other stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

**-**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain HR and administrative reports and presentations.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee leave, attendance, and other records.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

**-**Employee Relations**:

- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any HR-related concerns.

**-**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, ideally 1-2 years.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

**-**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., payroll systems) is a plus.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous.
