**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
- Submit the required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel, reporting to the Managing Director
- Compose, edit, and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Calling Landlords, checking availability, and arranging viewings
- Answering inquiries and assisting clients
- Compile, organize, and accurately finalize documents for office records. Edit property pictures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate admin or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Staff Files Update
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Company documentation up to date
- Excellent customer service and follow up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
