**Full job description**

Administrative Executive in the company plays a critical role in managing various administrative functions to support the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves handling a range of tasks related to office management, communication, coordination, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management and other team members.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, materials, and other event-related details

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and adaptability to changing situations.

Good Communication & IT skills

Must have Bachelor's degree
