**FEMALE CANDIDIATE ONLY**

Listing agents help homeowners sell their properties and oversee all aspects of listing a home for purchase. They know the local real estate market, inspect and appraise homes to determine fair market value, write and give listing presentations to provide sellers with a report of their findings, and market and stage properties for sale to attract potential buyers. Listing agents work in a real estate office.
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Language : English and Arabic speaker to prefer

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
