Digital Ads Officer

**_Job Description:_**:

- _Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, optimize bids and conversion rates in line with business performance and investment costs._
- _Work with the content, design, and video departments to make specific and unified requirements for campaign content, communication, promotion and branding and the Company’s services. Review, evaluate and change to suit each advertising campaign._
- _Install, manage and review ad accounts of respective platforms._

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _Monitor and evaluate to optimize the conversion rate of advertising campaigns Facebook Ads,_
- _Research and update new technologies, algorithms and tricks of advertising platforms, competitors, markets, and trends to catch up with trends._
- _Appeal and work on technical issues related to Ads when necessary._
- _Collect information about customer needs in the market, boldly propose solutions (if any) to the direct management level to improve service/product quality._
