AdvertisingOperations is the foundation of ITP Media Group s media businessand we are looking for an experienced Digital Ad OperationsSpecialist to manage and optimise digital media campaigns withinour Hospitality Entertainment & Design Division. You willbe in charge of the crucial task of endtoend delivery of ourdigital advertising campaigns analytics reporting and deliveryincluded across all digital platforms. Our ideal candidate isperformancedriven analytical and a multitasker proficient ininterpreting ad analytics actioning and measuring KPIs andtranslating data into insights. Experience working with an ad opsteam and crossfunctional groups ismandatory.

TheDigital Ad Operations Manager will ensure timely execution of alltasks related to ad operations including traffickingtroubleshooting optimisation and reporting of ad campaigns acrossdigital social and newsletter platforms within our luxury division.We are looking for someone who is dynamic proactive and has extremeattention todetail.

Weare looking for someoneto

  • Overseecampaign management across multiple accounts and brands.
  • Handlethe implementation scheduling and rotation of ads within onlineadvertising and social mediacampaigns.
  • Trackcampaign status identify and troubleshoot delivery issues andreview reporting data for qualityassurance.
  • Measureand optimise campaigns using vendorspecific dashboards GA4 andmarketing analytics reports against delivery and KPIobjectives.
  • Youwill be the initial point of contact for troubleshooting issues;Managing and resolving issues as they arise such as discrepanciesbetween reportingsystems.
  • Liaisonwith clients and agencies for tracking campaign setup deliverablesand maintenancecommunications.
  • Troubleshootcreative issues and monitor under/over deliveryissues.
  • QAor troubleshoot 3rd party tags. Test ad creatives to ensure theycomply with individual sitespecifications.
  • Staycurrent on key developments in the rapidly changing digitaladvertising space and apply that knowledge to recommend or buildnew processes that support changing industryneeds.
  • Createand maintain digital operations processes recommend updates andefficiencies. Educate teams schedules checkins for ongoingmaintenance and help ensureadoption.
  • Collaboratewith internal crossfunctional teams and external partners todiscuss campaign setup (i.e. KPI goals) execution QAtroubleshooting and optimisationsuccess.
  • Indepthknowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologiesincluding paid search retargeting social network advertising(Facebook Instagram TikTok X LinkedIn and more) and contentdistribution and placementnetworks.
  • Targetand KPIobsessed.

Qualifications
  • Fiveyears of executing or supporting growth/acquisition digitalmarketing campaigns in an Ad Operations role or ad publishing andcampaignmanagement.
  • BA/BSor equivalent workingexperience.
  • Highlevel of proficiency with DFP and other ad ops coretechnologies.
  • Experienceusing GA4 Meta Zoho and marketing analytics reports againstdelivery and KPIobjectives.
  • Goodanalytical troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities and anexceptional eye for detail/organizationalskills.
  • Multitaskingwith effective resolution management in a fastpaced growingenvironment.
  • Solidunderstanding of digital ad space and publisher mediabuying.
  • Abilityto research and implement monetizationstrategies.
  • Implementad ops tools to address workflow inefficiencies improve testingmaintain inventories and automate adscheduling.
  • Identifyadvertising opportunities and revenue models to control ad spend byobserving emerging trends and competitiveanalysis.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience.
