Our wholesale warehouse and C&C with an area of more than 4000 m² located in JAFZA, Dubai.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**:
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to assist customers in making informed decisions.

Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues effectively and promptly.

**2.** **Order Processing**:
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Assist customers with order customization, delivery schedules, and any special requests.

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

**3.** **Product Knowledge**:
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including flower varieties, pricing, and seasonal availability.

Stay updated on industry trends and new arrivals to provide relevant information to customers.

**4.** **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
Maintain accurate and organized customer records and order history in our CRM system.

Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback to help improve services.

**5.** **Problem Solving**:
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to customer challenges.

**6.** **Quality Assurance**:
Monitor the quality of customer interactions and transactions to ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of customer service best practices.

**7.** **Cold Calls**:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers within the floral industry, including florists, event planners, wedding venues, and other relevant businesses.

Introduce our wholesale flowers products and services to prospects, effectively communicating their benefits and unique selling points.

Build rapport and establish relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and requirements.

Identify and qualify potential leads based on purchasing history, business size, and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings or appointments with interested prospects.

Provide detailed and accurate reports on cold call activity, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Qualification and Experience Required**:
1. Proven experience as a Cold Calls Agent, Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally and build rapport with potential customers.

3. Strong phone presence and the confidence to initiate conversations with new prospects.

4. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly and ability to resolve customer complaint.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven mentality, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.

7. Knowledge of the floral industry and familiarity with flower products is a plus.

8. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
