**Description**:

- Collecting and analyzing call center statistics (sales rates, cost, customer service, metrics).
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity or resources (people/technology, etc.).
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual call center goals and action plans.

**Qualifications**:

- UAE Driving License is a MUST.
- Having 5 - 10 years UAE Experience is required.
- Preferably with working experienced in Amazon, Noon, Cafu or Parking Company.
- Preferably with IT Background Experience.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
