We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in health insurance brokerage and healthcare to join our team in Ajman.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in the health insurance and healthcare sectors.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development goals and increase market share.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring they meet their specific requirements and comply with industry standards.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and insurance providers to secure favorable deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on health insurance brokerage and healthcare.
- **Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the health insurance and healthcare markets in the UAE.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform business development strategies.
- **Professionalism**: High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all business dealings.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- **Language Proficiency**: Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- **Networking Ability**: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain a broad professional network.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clinic Manager in UAE: 5 years (preferred)
