**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our IT Internet Services.
- Generate business leads and opportunities for Building Management and Recruitment projects.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present our services.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business development targets.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the company by expanding our client base.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on potential leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales and business development, preferably in IT or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct client meetings and presentations effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with IT Internet Services, Building Management, or Recruitment is a plus.
