We’re hiring ‘Collection officer’ for one of our client based in Sharjah, UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible to maintain trustful relationships and insure proper coordination with clients for timely payments, payments, schedules and agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers regarding collection and payments issues.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill and invoices
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Trace and visit the customers to convert the payment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 3-7 years
