- Plate dishes beautifully, maintaining aesthetic appeal.
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with management to design and update the sushi menu.
- Experiment with new recipes and presentations to enhance the dining experience.
- **Food Safety**:

- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of fish and other ingredients to maintain freshness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional sushi-making techniques.
- Familiarity with various types of fish and seafood.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in food safety is a plus.
