ALITI GROUP LLC is searching for a reliable, dedicated and committed Administrative Assistant to assist with their administrative work requirements. The Admin Assistant must be able to deal with working in a variety of industries simultaneously.
**Your main responsibilities will be to focus on**:
- Management of the executive’s calendar
- Setting of meetings
- Setting of bookings
- Customer support services by answering questions via phone calls or WhatsApp
- Returning phone calls
- Conducting client and customer wellness calls
- Registration and account follow-ups with customers and clients
- Data logging
- Maintenance and upkeep of the company databases
- Provide management with information and updates
- Communication with staff on Management’s behalf
**Minimum Education, Experience and Skills**:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities required to satisfactorily perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
- A minimum of 1 year of admin experience required
- Familiarity with and experience in the business industries under ALITI GROUP LLC
- Advanced skills in Windows, Word, Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to multi-task well
- Follows-through on all assignments independently
**Compensation**:
Starter Salary: 3,000AED - with salary increase reviews every 6 months.
This is an independent contractor position so your hours are your own with weekly objectives that will be set in place. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to be creative when dealing with the company, clients and customers.
**Remote Work**:
This is a remote position, with weekly communication conducted with management via Zoom, WhatsApp, as well as in-person meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
