- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or in any related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a Primary Care facility in Abu Dhabi;
- Knowledgeable of standards and legislations of DOH, JAWDA-TASNEEF, Insurance Companies, etc;
- Experience in drafting policies and procedures and conducting compliance checks after implementation;
- Attended official inspections/audits;
- Able to create and measure KPI metrics and submit them to the applicable authority body;
- Thoroughly check the Medical Records and assure that documentation standard is followed;
- Available to join immediately.
