**With experience in Medical Facilities in UAE**
- Quality lead/KPI owner is responsible for data validation and submission to the DOH JAWDA portal
- Quality lead is responsible for directing, organizing, and collating the data of the data collector assigned in each department
- The lead ensures adequate data collection and tools are in place
- Have the skills to analyze reliability and accuracy
- Review collected data with available validation resources and ensure the accuracy of data
- Review with the data collector if anything found any errors during the validation
- Audit evidence collection, verifies and validates data collected
- Audit coordination
- Delegate and present to attend opening and closing meetings, to ensure commitment to required corrective actions
- Attend training sessions related to JAWDA KPI
- Conduct a KPI risk assessment program
- Active participation in KPI internal audit and preparation of corrective action plan
- Participate in quality improvement training and education session
- Prepare KPI performance measurement
- Review the DOH website for the update
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives (Serve as a FOCUS-PDCA team member/brings ideas for improvement)
- Participate in risk reduction initiatives (serve as an FMEA team member/brings ideas for risk reduction)
- The employee is bound to adhere to and comply with ADHICS standard and entity policies and demands.
- With experience in all DOH audit, TASNEEF audit, JAWDA Certification
- Should have knowledge about the JDC methodology and experience in Jawda KPI
- Strong knowledge on clinical documentation
- Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Reviewing patient requirements and making sure they are met
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
- Making sure that the homecare is meeting international and national standards
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
- Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
- Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
- Implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for homecare.
- Overall responsibility for the handling complaints and investigations, whether made by clients or their next of kin.
- To make an active contribution to embed audit and evaluation into services and support a learning and continual development organizational culture.
- To be responsible for monitoring outcomes against inspection criteria and ensuring that information is feedback to improve service delivery to meet timescales.
