**Reach your full potential as a Sales Executive**:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding existing and setting up new businesses for South Asia Market. It is business development at the core, not just account management. Keeping track of market developments to build commercial relationships is an important part of the job.
You will work in the export department dedicated to a certain product or market. At the office in Dubai, you work intensively with all departments, purchasing, finance, marketing, and sales. You work on the basis of objectives (individual and team level) by expanding your markets with existing relationships and new customers and sales of our own brands. An important part concerns knowing and connecting to your client, to proactively respond to developments and create goodwill factor.

You are a dynamic professional who is strong in collaboration and shows decisiveness. In addition, you are good at creating and keeping an overview, and you follow up on outstanding actions. You are communicatively strong, work from self-confidence with pleasure, and know how to keep calm and meet deadlines.
Preferably, you work in an informal office setting, where you can learn from your colleagues, have fun while working hard and create your own chances for growth and development.
**You**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably with a proven track record of success in the FMCG sector, specifically in confectioneries, beers, and waters.
- International working experience will be the surplus, be able to work with multinational team is required.
- Strong understanding of the Asia market, with existing relationships and networks in the region will be an advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Chinese native speaker, fluently in English speaking & writing.
