The Role
**The Opportunity**: We've partnered with one of the world's largest law firms to assist with their search for an experienced Billing Assistant in the Dubai region. Working closely with the Legal Support and Finance departments, this role drives the completion of matter billing processes across the region. Key tasks of this role include: - Take on the role of regional billing expert, gaining deep 'know-how' of the systems and processes;
- Administer the full billing process for bills, disbursements, amendments, and credit notes;
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing reversals and liaise with clients on any related queries;
- Collaborate with the support team to communicate urgent bills and socialise client-specific billing requirements, maintain documentation, and filing of tasks;
- Conduct new client and matter opening administration;
- Intake of invoices and expense claims. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a legal support and/or finance background and is looking for a streamlined billing position with clear ownership and career path.

**The Requirements**: - Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role: - Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment with a strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel and wider Suite. - Demonstrated organisation skills, having conducted multi-department communications in English on a professional level;
- An adaptable working approach, able to toggle between tasks and re-prioritise as needed;
- A positive and communicative team player eager to learn and grow in a dynamic organisation.
