We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Secretary/Administrative Officer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Provide administrative support to executive and management teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Secretary/Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is preferable.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
