We are looking for a responsible Secretary to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This include providing support to our the CEO, managers and employees. She will be managing our company’s general administrative activities.

**Requirements**:
**ADMIN TASK**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

**SECRETARIAL**:

- Effective and professional communication abilities, including being able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors and clients or guests.
- Assist the CEO if requires tasks in the office and personal agenda's.
- Make sure that his office is clean and neat.
- Serves tea/coffee if necessary.

**Preferred**:

- Female from Philippines
- Can join immediately.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
