- Travel and Accommodation: Arranging travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for employees or visitors.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Budgeting and Expense Management: Assisting with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and managing invoices and financial records.
- Records Management: Maintaining and organizing company records, files, and documents in a systematic and secure manner.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Managing office supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as necessary.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety measures.
- Event Planning: Organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and other related activities.
- Communication: Facilitating internal communication, disseminating information, and handling inquiries from employees and external parties.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
