**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development and Sales**:

- Lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the video production and creative media sector.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, potential clients, and competitors, positioning A-Team Media at the forefront.
- Strategically build and nurture relationships with potential clients, converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote our video production services and expand our market reach.
- Represent A-Team Media at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings to forge new connections and promote our services.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the business development and video production process.
- Proactively address client inquiries, needs, and concerns, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Seek continuous feedback to enhance service delivery and encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Video Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for video production projects.
- Oversee the planning and execution of video shoots, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Coordinate with the production team to facilitate a seamless production process, from concept to final edit.

**Administrative and Support Functions**:

- Maintain meticulous records of sales, client interactions, and project details.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
- Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, particularly in the creative or media industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A creative mindset with an understanding of video production processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and production techniques is beneficial.
