**Preferred Qualifications**

Coordinate regional compensation programs across 80+ countries and 80k+ employees in International C&B

Partner with Corporate and International Compensation teams, Compensation Business Partners, Regional HR teams and various Compensation support teams

Develop and maintain related compensation policies and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy

Develop deep analytics and summarize insights from complex datasets to facilitate discussion

Participate in market forums and partner with industry professionals to stay close to

Lead strategic projects, provide adhoc domestic support, deliver one-off requests based on client need

Build tools, automated reports, system enhancements to improve efficiency, data access and visibility

Compensation Consulting background preferred

Demonstrated program management experience

Experience working in more than one region (JAPAC, India, Europe, MEA, Latin America, Canada)

Working in a matrix organization, working with multiple stakeholders across levels

12+ years of compensation experience, hi-tech industry/consulting org preferred

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Participates in the research, design and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, survey participation, and data analysis.

As a member of Corporate Compensation you will assist in the design and implementation of Oracle's global total compensation programs including base salary, cash incentives, and stock options. Will interface with Oracle's web tools to support compensation programs.
