Property Listing Admin with Adobe Acrobat

**Responsibilities**:
2. Knowledgeable of the listing rules from Off plan to Off Plan Resale and Secondary Market.
3. Gather all listing information and mandatory documents for listing requirements.
4. Organize the property details which include Photos, videos, floor plans, a title deed, NOCs, and IDs Knowledgeable of getting Trakheesi (RERA) permits for any form of advertisement.
5. Contacting Property Portal Support for any listing-related problems.
6. Updating listings on the CRM and Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
7. Coordinating with the agents for their listings on different platforms.
8. Maintaining a high-quality score for the listings on each platform.
9. Strategically using the listing tools to promote the right listings/properties using Platforms' paid promotion tools.
10. Communicating with the agents to ensure the listing standards and achieving better results on the platforms.
11. Making sure the communication & brand guidelines set are being followed even on the listing platforms.
**Requirements**:
- High-Level Proficiency in all Real Estate CRMs and Portals.
- Well-Versed in Trakheesi and DLD App and website.
- Real Estate Experience is a must
