**About the Position**
This position will provide direct administrative support to Directors and HODs to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual, who wants to pursue a career in Healthcare Operations.
**Responsibilities**
**Office Management**
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly including Maintain appointment schedule, screen all calls, and perform all clerical duties
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
Manage office expense budget including timely payments to related agencies.
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Oversee all staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible for handling confidential documents.
Manage overall administration of all the offices and upcoming projects.
**Executive Assistant**
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Manage assigned tasks by Directors and HODs in a discrete manner wherever required.
**Qualification, Experience, and Other Skillset**
**Essential**
Bachelor’s degree holder with MOFA attestation
Minimum two years of experience as Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar
Outstanding oral and written English communication skills.
Excellent numeracy and MS Office (specifically Excel) skills
**Desirable**
Healthcare industry experience, ready to join immediately.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
