**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling for agents and clients.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
- **Office Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to support daily operations.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
