**HR-Manager (M/F)**

**Where your expertise is needed**:

- Your main responsibility is to support our managers and employees in all labor law issues in the MENA region
- You ensure the smooth running of all operational HR processes (contracting, onboarding, personnel files, time recording, administration, etc.) as well as compliance with processes, regulations and existing laws
- You support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to leaving
- You take over the recruiting for the MENA region in coordination with the responsible hiring managers
- You generate the payroll and submit it to central Dornier Group HR in Berlin on a monthly basis and contribute to the preparation of reports and KPI’s
- You assume the coordination and agreement of employee meetings, including advising on policies and procedures

**What we're looking for**:

- Completed business studies with a focus on HR, business psychology and/or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the MENA region in a comparable position in HR management
- You have knowledge of regional and national requirements, regulations and laws
- Your English and Arabic language skills are at a business fluent level, both written and spoken
- In addition to an independent and reliable way of working, you also have a structured way of thinking and acting
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, assertiveness and enthusiasm
