**Available Positions**:
**Kitchen Manager**:you will oversee the operations of the kitchen facility responsible for preparing and distributing food to multiple locations. Your role is to ensure efficient production, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards. You will manage kitchen staff, coordinate production schedules, and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of the various outlets served by the central kitchen.

**Moroccan CDP**:you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Working under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, you will contribute to menu development, supervise junior kitchen staff, and maintain inventory levels. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and the timely delivery of culinary delights to diners.

**Pastry Chef**:Main responsibilities for creating and overseeing the production of all baked goods, desserts, and pastries in the kitchen. Your role involves developing recipes, managing pastry staff, and ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items. You will collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative desserts, maintain inventory levels, and uphold food safety standards.

**Moroccan Commis**:As a Moroccan Commis, you will work under the guidance of senior chefs in a kitchen specializing in Moroccan cuisine. Your role involves assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Moroccan dishes, as well as learning traditional cooking techniques and recipes. You will contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen while ensuring that all Moroccan dishes meet the standards of taste, quality, and authenticity.

**Butcher Commis**:As a Butcher Commis, you will work under the supervision of senior butchers or chefs to assist in meat preparation, cutting, and portioning. Your role involves learning and developing butchery skills while supporting the efficient operation of the kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting with meat fabrication, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the butcher station, and ensuring that all meat products meet quality and safety standards.

**Cold Section**:For overseeing the preparation, assembly, and presentation of cold food items in the kitchen. Your role involves leading the cold section team, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and managing the workflow during service. You will collaborate with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef to develop menus, maintain inventory levels, and uphold food safety standards.

**Hot Section**:For overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of hot food items in the kitchen. Your role involves leading the hot section team, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and managing the workflow during service. You will collaborate with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef to develop menus, maintain inventory levels, and uphold food safety standards.

**Commis**:For creating and overseeing the production of all baked goods, desserts, and pastries in the kitchen.
