Officer - Employee Services

Efficiently Coordinate and conduct all HR Employee services activities, data processing, annual ticket administration, letter preparation/issuance, End of Service benefits settlement/clearance as per HR policies and procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities
**HRIS System (Oracle): Process and update employee records in Oracle including promotions, transfers, organization structure updates, leaves, employee self service etc. and support in compiling user manuals accessed through Alfahim group portal. Provide Oracle Self Service orientation for the new joiners during the induction process.**
Employee Services: Prepare and issue various letter on request and approval to the employees like Employment letter to Embassy, promotion letters, transfer letters, fuel subsidy and mobile allowance letters. Manage monthly T&A rollover and process. End of Service calculation, review and confirmation (from Finance) for final settlement clearance, annual leave administration and air ticket settlement.
**Reports: Prepare as required comprehensive reports for line manager extracting data from Oracle Time & Attendance to facilitate staff attendance evaluation, disciplinary profiles, employment history, Overtime/deductions, SLA etc.**
On-Boarding & Off-Boarding: Conduct on-boarding sessions for new joiners to ensure smooth induction of employees whilst comprehensively explaining about HR policies, processes etc. Conduct off-boarding sessions to ensure smooth operations and separation journey of the employee in regards to resignations, terminations and retirement.
Job Specific Information
**Employee Services Officer will be closely working with the HR team, Payroll and IT to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of HR operational services to the stakeholders and employees in Alfahim Group.**
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES
Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)
**Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.**
Diploma in HR
Experience
**2-3 years of minimum experience in Employee Services Department/HR within a large diversified group.**
**WORK LOCATION: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi**
**WORKING DAYS/TIMING: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day**
