Job Title: Business Development Executive
- School Outreach Job Overview:
Responsibilities: Target Audience Engagement:

- Develop and execute outreach programs targeting school students interested in pursuing undergraduate studies.
- Build relationships with schools, school counsellors, and educators to understand student needs and preferences. Partnership Development:

- Collaborate with schools, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to establish partnerships that enhance our presence in the education sector.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements to facilitate collaborations and drive student engagement. Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Implement lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate potential students.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into enrolments.
- Plan and organize events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our educational offerings to school students.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry events and conferences. Product Knowledge:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our undergraduate courses and educational offerings to effectively communicate their value to prospective students.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to highlight the benefits of our programs. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Analyse market feedback and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications and Mandatory requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, specifically in the UAE School education sector

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
