Position Overview: Gulf Water Treatment Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development
Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth identifying
opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. This role offers the chance to be part of
a forwardlooking organization that is at the forefront of the water treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas emerging trends
and market demands. Develop insights to inform strategic decisions.
2. Business Strategy:
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute the companys business development
strategy aligning it with our mission and objectives.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong longterm relationships with existing clients while actively seeking
opportunities to expand our client base.
4. New Business Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations. Develop and
implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and projects.
5. Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our capabilities and solutions to clients.
Ensure proposals meet client requirements and industry standards.
6. Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts. Continuously
monitor sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.
7. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including technical experts project managers and
marketing to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
8. Market Expansion:
Explore and assess opportunities for expansion into new markets or regions both domestically and
internationally.
9. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations standards and ethical business practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven track record of successful business development in the water treatment or related industry.
Strong understanding of the water treatment industry including technologies trends and competitors.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
UAE market knowledge and network preferred.
