Transaction Risk Management (TRM) is an integral risk control and management team within GTRF.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our TRM team within Commercial Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**In this role, you will**:

- Generate relevant monitoring information including accounts with exceptionally approved, outliners to strike zone, classified as heightened risk as part of regular monitoring, to facilitate risk reviews.
- Conduct desktop & physical survey for RF & certain CTF facilities that including conducting buyer due diligence.
- Conduct annual account review for renewing TRM endorsements for RF & CTF facilities, this including organizing observation summary of account behavior and outliers. Propose re-structuring including tightening up of controls wherever needed. Facilitate discussion with stakeholders i.e. WCMR, BDM, Product and business teams to provide relevant feedback.
- Act as Level 2 reviewer for all red flags raised or invoice validation done for escalated transactions under various receivable finance products.
- Engage with underwriters to facilitate rolling out of new products (insurance backed) in co-ordination with global TRM / product teams.
- Conduct periodic trade loan monitoring using key risk indicators including conducting DTR, co-ordination with branches, conducting checks on suppliers and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage limited recourse book that includes co-ordination with underwriters, monitoring utilization for premium payment, monitoring past dues and coordinating for repayment with respective Lines of business, sellers and buyers.
- Providing periodic communication to stakeholders including regular MI including buyer limit reconciliation and making suitable changes.
- Facilitate LRRD deals including new money by facilitating structure specific discussion with underwriters including obtaining Insurance appetite / credit limit and declarations.
- Review insurance policy wording that includes standard template and bespoke policies.
- Drive insurance backed structure specific automation initiatives.
- Participate in local, regional, global initiatives and projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

**To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of trade finance products especially Structured trade finance
- Solid understanding of insurance products offering for limited recourse
- Comfortable with data management including collecting, organizing, summarizing big datasets in to understandable business summary for effective discussion and decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills i.e. ability to make notes and presenting them to peers and senior stakeholders that clearly articulates background, pre-text, proposal, analysis done, action or status.
- Ability to independently drive initiative by taking ownership and demonstrate “can do” attitude.
- Collaborative approach to influence colleagues by active listening, consulting and coaching.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures to support dynamic business environment.
- Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
