**As Front Office Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to**:
Take responsibility of all Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
Provide help and assistance to all guests
Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
**We are looking for someone who**:
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Communicates with fluency in English and proficiency in basic Mandarin is required
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
**Basic salary**: AED 2,000/per month
**Average service charge**: AED 1,000/per month
**Language allowance**: AED 250/per month
**Accommodation**: Company Provided (2-sharing in a 3BR apartment)
**Other benefits**: Meals provided in Colleague Restaurant
Transportation Provided
Medical insurance and visa provided
Air ticket once every 2 years
