**Archive Officer**
- Multitasking work in Inventory, Transfer Preparation, Receiving & Checking activities
- Adopting Criteria of organization, receiving, preserving Data entry of Archive Data
- Submit Periodic reports after auditing archive, visit different stores and printing barcode.
- Arabic Fluently Speaker.
**Store Officer**
- Multitasking works in warehouse/Storekeeping operations of preservation and restoration.
- Tranferring documents and items from stores and submitting reports to manager
- Submit reports to manager after Replacing damaged files and boxes, updating storage capacity barcode numbering and entering data
- Arabic Fluently Speaker.
**Supervisor**
- Analyzes production and evolution of inventory, dherence to guidlines and future actions to provide quantitative and qualitative reports.
- Visiting to different Stores ensuring the materials is tranferred in good condition.
- Supervise the process of recording of boxes archival materials, assess and communicate the timelines
- English and Arabic Speaking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
