support to the HOD and senior members of staff regarding Divisional running, HR related activities, recruitment, committee work
Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
Assisting employees with accessing documents
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor's degree in business administration IS PREFERRED.
At least 3 years experience in the same field - preferred construction.
An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs
Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
