**Join Our Team as a Part-Time Administrative assistant in Dubai**

As part of our exciting growth journey, we are looking for an exceptional Part-Time administrative assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll, Visas, and Employee Life Management**: Handle payroll, visas, and employee life management tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
- **Onboarding**: Play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new employees by providing them with the necessary tools and information to start their journey with us successfully. You will be the go-to person for all new hires, helping them acclimate to our company culture and procedures.
- **Office Management**: Ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office conditions, and coordinating all office administration duties to meet our high standards of operational excellence.
- **Providers Management**: Manage relationships with key service providers to ensure our office environment is secure, functional, and conducive to high productivity. This includes overseeing arrangements with our safety and security services, compliance, and banking operations, ensuring that all services are executed flawlessly and efficiently.

**Profile Requirements**:Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in payroll, visa management and office management preferably within a consulting or financial services environment and knowledge of Dubai regulations and banking operations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in an entrepreneurial and remote setting.
- Excellent communication abilities, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Professional English is required, and Fluent Russian is considered a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
