This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity, employed directly by our client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as custodian of all contracts, agreements, etc. and maintain a detailed organized filing system in order to ensure all contracts are easily available for reference.
- Track all contractual authorizations (from the Client and contractors) and maintain all correspondence related to contracts.
- Serve as point of contact for the service provider and to ensure timely dissemination of information
- Review and provide input for contractor’s evaluation for further Procurement Plans and Procedures.
- Prepare and maintain computer database for the contract management system.
- Provide contract summaries for Line Manager’s review and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
- Responsible for documenting contractual discussions (minutes of meetings) and addressing contractual issues as they arise, with input from management as required. Protect confidentiality and integrity of all contractual obligations of the Company.
- Develop and prepare regular reports to the Line Manager on the status of contracts
- Conduct special projects as assigned.
- Create contract clause manual/database to ensure standard contract templates are available
- Act as point of contact for and coordinate between service providers and Contract Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager
Contracts Administrator Requirements:

- Minimum High School Diploma with additional certification related to Administration and Contracts Management
- This profile is an Admin with contracting expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement function carrying out duties related to Pre-qualification, Contract Management with at least 3 years’ UAE experience
- Sound knowledge of contracts administration, subcontract administration and related disciplines.
- Knowledge of tender activities, document management, and documenting Tender Evaluation activities.
- The use of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, is necessary as well as general familiarization with the internet including ability for research.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills required.
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with all levels of the Company and subcontractor organizations.
- Contract drafting/preparation knowledge

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
