Social Media platforms have enabled content creators (we call them 'creators') to create and share their creativity with the world. The 'creator economy' is the business of creators. Attention is the currency of the creator economy.

Creating content, growing an audience, keeping peoples attention then making things for the people that support you. Today's biggest creators have even launched their own companies. Snacks, Restaurants, Drinks, Games, Apps and more

**About the Work**

The Content Lead role is a content swiss-army knife. You're a general who likes to be on the ground working on content. You will be concepting ideas, leading brainstorms, producing AboFlah content and driving higher viewership and engagement with AboFlah's audience.

Your work is to create the best content possible for AboFlah's channels. Every single day. You will need to build, manage and inspire a content production team in the AboFlah studio to help you achieve your goal.

In this role, you are the primary contact for AboFlah content across all of his content channels.

**Who Should Apply**

If you've spent a life creating content, producing content and leading production teams, we want to hear from you. A love for and demonstrated success creating long-form and short-form content is critical. You should have an understanding (or demonstrate the ability to learn) of how content differs and performs on platforms like YouTube, IG, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat

Experience creating high impact, social-first content at an agency and having a portfolio of work is important. If you're a creator yourself with your own channels and want to help shape the content for the biggest Middle East creator, talk to us.

Having a deep understanding and love for YouTube content; globally and across the Middle East is a huge bonus. We take accountability seriously. If you routinely point the finger and blame others for your failures, don't apply.

**Things you'll be doing**

1. Host productive brainstorm sessions and present content ideas to AboFlah and team. Have your own collection of content references that can be used to inspire you and your team.

2. Build out shortlisted content ideas into its key beats, the hook, the story and explain _why _people should watch it. Remember this is for predominantly unscripted content so you need to be a lot more flexible.

3. Work on multiple proposed titles and thumbnail concepts (for YouTube content) with a focus on driving up CTR (Click-through-rate)

4. Align your ideas with a budget: Understand how to work within a budget and ask for more if you believe it will have a material impact on the performance of the content

5. Create a shoot schedule that will guide your cast and crew

6. Understand how sound and music will impact the performance of content

7. Communicating with the post-production team on Editing, Colour grading and presentation of the final video
